FlexOffice is open, with a strong safety plan

Current state: 7 October 2020

New safety measures from 12 October 2020

In view of the strong increase in the number of cases in the last few days, we have decided to take further measures to ensure the safety and health of our tenants and guests.

This includes in particular the compulsory wearing of masks in the shared zones, measures to comply with social distance regulations and supplementary hygiene and conduct rules. In addition, guests must now register at reception using an electronic solution.

As in the past, we are closely monitoring developments and will take further measures if necessary, to ensure that all tenants and guests can work effectively and at the same time feel safe anywhere and at any time.

FlexOffice is open

Like everyone else in Switzerland, FlexOffice was incredibly happy when the lockdown was lifted. Due to security considerations, during a few weeks the FlexOffice locations had operated on a reduced capacity. Since the general opening of stores and businesses however, our locations are operating again normally.

This means that all FlexOffice locations are open as usual to tenants, guests and potential customers.

Health is our top priority

People’s lives and needs have changed – health and safety are now our top priorities. As FlexOffice, we’re aware that we bear the responsibility to holistically respond to and satisfy the new needs of our tenants and guests. For this purpose, we developed a safety plan that meets our high standards. The safety plan contains the following points:

  • Clear behavioral and hygiene related rules in all shared spaces
  • Available disinfectant, hand sanitizer and protection material in the shared spaces
  • Free workplace-consulting – of course only if desired – to better implement the behavioral and hygiene related rules in the private offices
  • Masks, single-use gloves and hand sanitizer will be available for visitors

We look forward to your visit. And most importantly: stay healthy everyone!
