DARE<\/strong> isn\u2019t for everyone. And that\u2019s exactly the point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The name embodies a mindset: ambition, technical depth, and the willingness to build something that doesn\u2019t yet exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applicants are screened for relevance\u2014not creditworthiness. Deep-tech startups, AI scaleups, ETH spin-offs, corporate R&D teams, and applied research initiatives: these are the teams that belong here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first teams speak for themselves.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The first members demonstrate what DARE was built for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tethys develops autonomous underwater systems. Forgis is working on new manufacturing processes for industrial applications. Tialto builds intelligent automation software for complex processes. bottle.plus has redefined the Swiss market for sustainable refill systems. Swiss Cones shows just how deeply AI can penetrate traditionally analog industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the right teams are in the same place, an atmosphere emerges that cannot be staged\u2014it simply happens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, community isn’t just a byproduct.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DARE Campus operates on a three-tier model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Core Community<\/strong> consists of technical founding teams\u2014with community-based pricing and selective access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Industry Members<\/strong> are corporate R&D and innovation units that want to stay at the forefront of research without being startups themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ecosystem Partners<\/strong> – including the Greater Zurich Area, the ETH Robotics Club, GenAI, and others\u2014contribute events, networking, and institutional reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The whole initiative is driven by curated programming: demo nights, prototype evenings, and corporate problem pitches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ETH Zurich, international research labs, dozens of spin-offs\u2014the people building the future are already here. What was missing was a physical space to channel this energy: a true campus that is selective, has a clear vision\u2014and where every member has a reason to be there.
\nSince April 2026, this place has existed.
