Zurich is building the future—and now has a campus dedicated to it. DARE Campus: A curated innovation hub for deep tech, AI, and robotics—right in the heart of the Limmat Valley.
Zurich is already home to one of the world’s most vibrant AI and robotics ecosystems. ETH Zurich, international research labs, dozens of spin-offs—the people building the future are already here. What was missing was a physical space to channel this energy: a true campus that is selective, has a clear vision—and where every member has a reason to be there. Since April 2026, this place has existed. It’s called DARE Campus.
Not just coworking. An access system.
DARE isn’t for everyone. And that’s exactly the point.
The name embodies a mindset: ambition, technical depth, and the willingness to build something that doesn’t yet exist.
Applicants are screened for relevance—not creditworthiness. Deep-tech startups, AI scaleups, ETH spin-offs, corporate R&D teams, and applied research initiatives: these are the teams that belong here.
The first teams speak for themselves.
The first members demonstrate what DARE was built for.
Tethys develops autonomous underwater systems. Forgis is working on new manufacturing processes for industrial applications. Tialto builds intelligent automation software for complex processes. bottle.plus has redefined the Swiss market for sustainable refill systems. Swiss Cones shows just how deeply AI can penetrate traditionally analog industries.
When the right teams are in the same place, an atmosphere emerges that cannot be staged—it simply happens.
Here, community isn’t just a byproduct.
DARE Campus operates on a three-tier model.
The Core Community consists of technical founding teams—with community-based pricing and selective access.
Industry Members are corporate R&D and innovation units that want to stay at the forefront of research without being startups themselves.
Ecosystem Partners – including the Greater Zurich Area, the ETH Robotics Club, GenAI, and others—contribute events, networking, and institutional reach.
The whole initiative is driven by curated programming: demo nights, prototype evenings, and corporate problem pitches.
