We create workspaces where great ideas come to life thanks to great people. We know that buildings contribute 36% of carbon emissions*. That’s why we’ve kept sustainability close at heart since day one. But that’s not enough. We are committed to ensuring the harmony between people and our workspaces, and also between our workspaces and the planet. Our mission at FlexOffice is to reuse spaces efficiently and share with one other.

Our goal — and our responsibility — is to offer shared workspaces and resources to reduce the environmental impact of office spaces. We focus on the 3 Ps: “People”, “Planet” and “Product”. As we grow, so do our challenges. But we hold ourselves accountable for each of our actions and we treat this as an ongoing process. We will continuously update you with our progress here.

Our management and field teams include diverse profiles, with 10 different nationalities and made up of over 70% women.

Our locations are equipped with air-quality sensors as well as e-charging stations for bikes and cars.
Recycling
We recycle glass, PET, metal, carton, paper and batteries, with recycling bins in every office.
