AI Festival Zurich 2025 – Between Robots, Ideas, and Real Connection
This September, Zurich once again proved why it’s one of Europe’s most exciting places for artificial intelligence. At the Zurich AI Festival 2025, researchers, artists, entrepreneurs, and visionaries came together to explore the future of technology, creativity, and society — and FlexOffice was right in the middle of it all, as Workspace Partner and Event Partner. And yes – it was every bit as inspiring as it sounds.
FlexOffice Dino – The Workspace Behind the AI Festival
During the AI Festival, FlexOffice Dino became a workspace that reflected what the festival was all about: openness, curiosity, and connection. Tucked away in Zurich Oerlikon, Dino offered participants a place to think, meet, and slow down between the high-energy sessions happening across the city. FlexOffice Dino is a space designed for collaboration and exchange — flexible layouts, warm light, quiet corners that invite focus, and shared areas that turn casual chats into big ideas. Throughout the week, researchers worked alongside designers, writers next to engineers — each using the space in their own rhythm.
Innovation Comes to Life at FlexOffice Prime Tower
As part of the AI Festival week, the Creative AI Foundation chose the FlexOffice Prime Tower as the venue for their event “The Awakening of Robotic Art.” It made perfect sense — a place that already symbolizes Zurich’s modern skyline and forward-looking mindset.
Within its glass walls, conversations about art, intelligence, and human creativity filled the air. The event brought together people who are shaping how we think about technology — not through theory, but through experience. Installations and discussions unfolded side by side, exploring what happens when innovation moves beyond data and starts to speak to emotion.
The Prime Tower gave it the right backdrop: open, bright, and full of movement. Just like that, it became part of the story — a space where the city’s creative and technological spirit literally took form.
Before the Summit: The Pre AI+X Mingle at FlexOffice Dino
Before the AI+X Summit hit full stride, we hosted a special community event — a low-key but meaningful gathering meant to connect minds. The idea was simple: bring people together around AI, art, curiosity, and open conversation.
Together with GenAI, we dove into the topic of generative AI and collaboration — exploring how technology is reshaping teamwork, and why the office still matters in a world full of digital tools. The discussion wasn’t about replacing human connection, but about enhancing it. We talked about how shared spaces spark creativity in ways that video calls and prompts can’t — the unplanned ideas, the body language, the quick “what if” moments that only happen when people share the same room.
