What motivates you to work at Patio Plaza?
It’s these feel-good vibes that I experience here at FlexOffice: Starting the day with freshly brewed coffee, the smile on the peoples faces when I brought croissants or sharing an apero after a long day. Being able to support the XO community and making their day-to-day work easier and happier is the most rewarding part of my work.
Knowing that I can always rely on my teammates, although they are spread-out all over Switzerland makes my job much more enjoyable.
