Zurich JED combines innovative work environments with sustainability. Alongside our flexible office solutions, specially designed Neighbourhoods offer inspiring shared spaces. Our move-in-ready workspaces are located in one of the most sustainable buildings in Switzerland. Built according to the 22·26 principle, the architecture ensures an optimal indoor climate without traditional heating or cooling systems. Solar panels and climate-friendly materials further minimize the building’s CO₂ footprint.

Together with Myclimate, we calculated the CO₂ emissions for each office – from construction and outfitting to printer paper. A fixed climate contribution is included in every service agreement and reinvested in climate protection projects.

For life sciences companies, our offering is further enhanced by the state-of-the-art laboratory infrastructure provided by Superlab Suisse. All of this is located in Zurich-Schlieren, where ETH and University of Zurich spin-offs meet national and international leaders in biotech, pharma, and life sciences.
