As a tenant at FlexOffice, the following services are available to you free of charge: Tenants have access to all FlexOffice locations across Switzerland where they can book meeting rooms and work in the shared spaces. You can book meeting rooms on the FlexOffice app or via the Member Portal.
One of the advantages of monthly flexibility is that tenants can acquire more space at any time. Tenants are prioritized when it comes to internal relocation and moving to new FlexOffice locations. In case you would like to add more space or need more desks, please contact your location manager. The FlexOffice Member Portal is a private social network for our tenants and provides access to the community, as well as to practical information and features. The Member Portal is available on IOS, Android and the web. Here are some of the features that the Member Portal offers to you. You can:
