As a tenant at FlexOffice, the following services are available to you free of charge:

- Electricity, heating, and cleaning, and all related taxes are covered by us
- Shared Offices – A complete workstation – with table, chair and storage space – in a shared office. Additionally, you get access to all meeting rooms and shared spaces.
- Private Offices – A private office, furnished or unfurnished, for 4, 10 or 25 persons. You get access to all meeting rooms and shared spaces.
- Enterprise Offices – An all-in-one office solution for companies, with your own branding, meeting rooms and a representative welcome area. For 50+ workstations.
One of the advantages of monthly flexibility is that tenants can acquire more space at any time. Tenants are prioritized when it comes to internal relocation and moving to new FlexOffice locations. In case you would like to add more space or need more desks, please contact your location manager.
The FlexOffice Member Portal is a private social network for our tenants and provides access to the community, as well as to practical information and features. The Member Portal is available on IOS, Android and the web. Here are some of the features that the Member Portal offers to you. You can:
- Book meeting rooms at any FlexOffice location.
- Receive updates from your Community Manager about events or building alerts.
- Manage your account and view invoices.
- Send us feedback: If you have a problem or concerns, you can submit a feedback form at any time via the Member Portal.
FlexOffice calculates the price of an office on the basis of desk capacity instead of square meters. Our offices are specially designed for the number of people who are allowed to be in the area at any given time. All services are included in the prices.
